Newlong Industrial 003101 Binder for DS-9C, Fischein Empress (after adaption)

This binder is for the Newlong Industrial DS-9 series and equivelant to apply crepe tape. This can also be used (when adapting fo the Empress series to replace  Fischbein 10521. The Fischbein 10521 it is very expensive. Therefore  adapting 003101 to fit the Empress system is worth it as both break in the process after a number of bags.
